As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for cyber security technology and CCN at plant following MINT standards
• Manage automation team
• Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure delivery of shared infrastructure with support from 3rd party provider
• Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes cooperate with IBS Team
• Drives cultural change management within the Plant to embrace cyber security policy/standards applied to control equipment
• Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems
• Active participation in global and regional automation & systems development and security communications
• Ensure alignment between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems
