Your responsibilities
An outstanding opportunity to join us as an Automation Expert within the Liquidity Measurement (LMR) team, you would be responsible for taking a leading role in performing technical analysis and development activities to support the design and delivery of innovative solutions and efficient business processes. The role is critical in driving the firm's strategic initiative on innovation, while also supporting ongoing projects across multiple work streams such as automating business activities, understanding and optimizing report workflows, establishing better controls and improving efficiency in the regulatory reporting space. Responsibilities include capturing requirements across various deliveries, driving solution design and build, and collaborating across business, change and IT teams to manage strategic development efforts and issue remediation. The role is well suited to an experienced business analyst with experience of performing independent solution design and development, ideally in either R or Python. You will have broad exposure to senior management and a wide range of critical liquidity management matters covering the entire financial structure of the Bank. The role will provide extensive opportunity to develop both your current knowledge of financial concepts and your technical skill-set across a variety of reporting and development tools/platforms.

LMR is within the Bank’s Global Treasury department with teams across the globe responsible for Liquidity Reporting produced by Credit Suisse and its subsidiaries for the main regulators (FINMA, PRA and FED) and other authorities, as well as for management information (MI) to support various functions to support bank’s liquidity management. The team is dedicated, hardworking and used to working independently as well as collaboratively. Our requirements
2+ years of proven experience of process automation, from both a business and technology perspective
Proficient in business analysis with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven experience with one or more of the following software packages would be desirable: R, Python, Qlik
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and VBA would be an asset
Experience in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Regulatory reporting and analysis within a banking environment are preferred. However, applicants from other backgrounds with relevant skills will be considered.
