For our client, an international company, we are looking for a person for the above position.
Your responsibilities
Creating new and redesigning existing applications using VBA, MS Excel, Access/SharePoint and SAP Scripting
Support implementation of RPA framework in the organization
Integrate and test VBA tools with other technologies like RPA, OCR and PowerBI
Providing regular support on the implemented automation tools to end users
Preparing benefit vs cost analysis of the requested automations in order to support the implementation decision
Conducting business process analysis along with data collection
Supporting delivery teams with SharePoint platform (designing objects: sites, lists, libraries, workflow; access management etc.
Constantly challenging the status quo and looking for new solutions to expand the knowledge and improvement possibilities
Employer requirements
At least two years of experience in process automation in BPO/SSC sector
Advanced level of VBA & MS Excel
Good command of English (at least B2)
Basic experience in modelling databases in MS Access
Experience in managing SharePoint sites – nice to have
Experience in any RPA technology – nice to have
Experience in PowerBI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have
Very good problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to details
Good communication skills
