    Overview of Business Area:

    Product Control is within the Hosting & Data Center Services (HDCS) organization and part of IT Product Management, residing in the Group Chief Technology Officer (Group CTO). Product Control are a horizontal functions that span across Hosting Product Management and the Hosting and Data Center Operations teams.

    Product Management is responsible for defining global IT product strategies across compute, storage, data services, application hosting, data center and branches and Cloud. Product Control serves as a support function for Product Management. We partner with the Product Managers and other CTO teams to control, support and continuously improve these processes.

    Product Control Team drives accurate product forecasting, pricing and billing of product consumption billing to the business and builds and distributes high quality communication material about products, strategies and project initiatives to partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will identify potential optimization of processes across product strategy, demand capacity and financial reporting.
    • Identify repetitive tasks and schematic processes, automate them.
    • You will demonstrate business intelligence to analyze and report.
    • Work across one or more IT Infrastructure related IT products with the responsibility to be stays in sync with the HDCS Product Management methodology and to continuously improve the processes to manage these IT products.
    • Support the product managers by planning and drives corrective measures where deviations are identified.
    • Engage with product managers to review and analyse consumption of products, track down exceptions and provide monthly reports on utilization that feeds into charging to the business. Based on findings provide monthly input for your products into the CTO cost and charging financials that are used to bill our clients on their consumption.
    • Provide input into the product pricing methodology on which basis we charge our clients.
    • Engage respective CTO teams as required (Finance, Technical Account Managers, Capacity and Inventory management, operational support teams).
    • Prepare and present analysis results, and where relevant solution options to relevant internal partners.
    • Communicate with partners and clients at various levels of the organization on status, and risks.
    • Build and/or maintain dashboards.
    • Improve accuracy of data inventories.
    • Maintains quality of service by supporting and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures.

    You Offer

    Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

    • You have minimum 2 years combined IT Infrastructure service or delivery experience. Demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
    • Do you have extensive experience with working in a global organization involving multi-functional project team and client base?
    • Do you have experience in IT Infrastructure Technology across multiple platforms; Windows, UNIX, Database, Storage, Web Services and networks?
    • Do you possess strong client relationship management experience?
    • Do you have strong English verbal/written communication skills & ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management?
    • Do you demonstrate a good sense of personal accountability in providing end-to-end service delivery.
    • You have SQL knowledge.
    • Scripting skills (any common scripting language: powershell, python etc.).
    • Big data analysis basics.
    • Azure cloud experience would be an advantage.
