Your responsibilities

  • As an Automation Specialist you will help drive improvements from our Wroclaw Business Center across QIAGEN. You will use a mix of tools and platforms including UiPath (RPA), VBA/Excel & Office 365 to deliver automations to colleagues executing business processes via SAP, Salesforce, Service Now and SharePoint just to name a few.

  • Develop automations using: Excel/VBA, UiPath (RPA) & Office 365 tools

  • Manage full development cycle from technical feasibility, process/activity documentation, solution design, build & test and production rollout.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the solutions you design and build.

  • Participate in automation workshops to help identify and validate improvement opportunities.

  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation solutions you have built and provide timely responses and fixes as required.

  • Support periodic software upgrades of robotic process automation software and tools.

  • Adhere to corporate security requirements (e.g. policies and procedures).

Our requirements

  • Good knowledge of Excel/VBA a must.

  • Knowledge of UiPath platform will be beneficial (full training will be provided).

  • Experience of using Office 365 tools to automate processes desirable.

  • Very good knowledge of English language.

  • Must be able to demonstrate a history of delivering automation solutions.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with internal clients.

  • Good work organization and effectiveness.

  • Desire for personał development.

  • Confidence to have a go and learn by doing.
