About the project
As an Automation tester, you will have an opportunity to work on the latest solutions in the eCommerce area for our Client, who ranks among the top worldwide distributors of workplace supplies solutions to businesses – active in 42 countries on 4 continents with more than 1 mln customers. You will join the team creating the next-generation e-commerce platform that aims to provide a seamless end-to-end journey for customers. This e-commerce program will be piloted in France, Italy, and Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Work closely with the development to understand the applications features and architecture to develop test cases, to ensure that the application’s UI / API / Data layers
Supporting development teams in terms of quality and testing
Preparing test plans and test scenarios
Design, build and maintain automated tests
Reduce the backlog of manual regression tests
Improve current automation practices by introducing best practices
Perform manual and exploratory testing in the areas where there is an absence of any
automation
Actively analyze and improve stories/tests
Our requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in tests automation
Experience with Performance testing
Programming experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java
Experience with API testing
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence
Experience with BDD and Gherkin-driven agile methodology
Strong knowledge of manual testing theory and software development process
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with both technical and
