Your responsibilities

What you’ll do:

As an Automations and HR Data Analyst you will oversee data related activities and take part in the automation process regarding our new system. If you are someone who enjoys working with data and always strives for improvements, this is an opportunity for you! In detail, you will:

· Support Automation Specialist and CI team in developing new automations

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

· Implement changes into scheduled reporting

· Design and implement new reports

· Resolve ad-hoc data queries

· Ensure that scheduled reporting is produced and distributed

· Ensure that reporting documentation is in place and up to date

Our requirements

  • Experience in working with PowerBI, Microsoft PowerAutomate, Microsoft PoweApps

  • Very good working knowledge of Excel

  • Knowledge of Python

  • Experience in running and maintaining reports

  • Experience in designing and implementing process automation

  • English – advanced level
