    Automotive Accounts Customer Service Representative Poland, Czech and Slovakia

    Location: south of Poland

    Your future challenges

    • Act as a local Country Representative to ensure local support & training for new and existing customers
    • Improving customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as solving of escalated invoice, audit and open debt disputes
    • Support brand awareness, process compliance and CHEP knowledge; balance of CHEP needs vs. customer needs
    • Execute visit plans at all non-Key accounts in region after reviewing defined KPI’s and account structure
    • Support of national and international Key Account Managers by executing agreed group action plans for new Supplier implementations
    • Support of agreed Business plans to roll out new functionalities to customers
    • Support Representation on fairs and in Automotive organizations
    • Execute Customer Training levels & ad hoc Support of Customers
    • Support Supply Chain related topics to optimize order behaviour or collection frequencies
    • Leverage contacts and leads to be share with the Sales team for new customer opportunities
    • Maintain Service relevant data in CRM system. Monitor own completion of workload and meet objectives.
    • Agree execution of audits if in dispute
    • Negotiate escalation Audits plans to minimize losses
    • Open & Disputed Debt Governance for Country
    • Negotiate, train and support customer on solutions of disputes

    What do we look for?

    • University degree in Business Studies, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
    • Specific Logistic Service and/or Automotive industry experience sought with B2B sales / services experience / Account Management
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer facing field based role
    • Excellent customer orientated communication skills, Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
    • Strong Negotiation skills
    • Analytical skills and good numerical assessment of data
    • MS Office, CRM knowledge desirable.
    • Drivers’ license and will to travel across EU countries
    • Fluent Polish and Czech or Slovak required with advanced English
