Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the proper level of quality at customer and supplier site,
- Managing a team of subordinate employees,
- Maintaining the constant contact with the customer and suppliers,
- Controlling the costs of not proper quality,
- Coordinating the quality projects,
- Improving the quality of the production line,
- Conducting the quality trainings for employees,
- Supervising and communicating of customer requirements within the organization,
- Active participation in customer audits,
Our requirements
- At least 5 years' experience on similar job position in Automotive Branch,
- Knowledge of QA processes and QA methodologies,
- Higher Technical Education (electronics preferable)
- Knowledge of quality tools such as: FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing,
- Knowledge of automotive requirements like VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5,
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- MS Office ( especially Excel at advanced level, Power Point),
- Knowledge of programs such as: Minitab,
- Stress resistance, the ease in interacting, self - assurance, strong communication skills, strong problem - solving skills and multi-tasking skills
