    AX Finance Specialist
    Job profile:
    You will be a part of the AX implementation team that is responsible for working with all levels of Finance; from top management to end users, being able to bridge the different perspectives and drive requirements through to real solutions.
    Gdansk, Poland
    Key responsibilities:
    • Subject Matter Expert on AX Finance related activities including: General Ledger, Invoice Work Flow, Posting of Journals, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiveable, Costing accounting methods.
    • Responsible for the delivery of the systems solution according to the agreed scope within owen areas as well as the overall integrated solution. They are considered the Subject Matter Experts in their area of the business.
    • Identify and report functional and Cross Functional risks to Project Team and seek prompt resolutions or contingency plan so as to diminish or reduce the impacts of these risks.
    • Report and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project is within plan, timeline and budget.    

    Qualifications and skills:

    • As an ideal candidate you have a minimum of a bachelors degree in Business or IT or equivalent work experience plus more than 3 years working with AX and being considered a Subject Matter Expert in AX in the Finance and Fixed Assets Modules.
    • You have got Certification or Education in Financial Accounting Procedurres/Standards and Conventions.
    • You have more than 3 years of experience using Microsoft AX in Finance related activities or 2 years of consulting experience implementing AX 2009 or 2012.
    • You have got Certification in Microsoft AX Trade and Logistics.
    • You have VISIO, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Word compentency at an advanced level.    
    • You have ability to contribute actively to joint results even in matters, which are not of immediate personal interest.
    • You have strong communication skills and you are not afraid of taking responsibility, working under changing circumstances, tasks, responsibilities and people.
