About the project
Shape the future of Bosch: The transformation into a connected company calls for the user-centered development of new digital products and services. Join us in doing that!
Experience collaboration: You will be a part of the User Experience, Business Modelling and Communication department of the Bosch Corporate IT and you will collaborate closely with different disciplines (e.g. interaction designers, software developers, product managers) and domain experts (e.g. manufacturing, legal, automotive) in an international context.
Drive design thinking: You will build up and support the Bosch UX network. You will contribute to strengthen the design thinking culture within the Bosch IT environment.
Your responsibilities
Developing a migration approach to move workloads from On-Premises datacenter, private or Public cloud to Azure cloud or develop new cloud-ready application solutions
Developing test plan and test cases to demonstrate application/database readiness post-migration
Identify the appropriate Cloud Platform products to use for popular architectural patterns.
Executing technical feasibility assessments, solution estimations and POC development for moving identified workloads to cloud
Design and implement a robust cloud management implementation including orchestration and catalog capabilities.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure services to support rapid application deployment.
Our requirements
At least 2 years of working experience in user-centered development of products and services as UX Researcher or Service Designer
Proficiency in a variety of user research and testing methods, as well as conducting workshops (at least: individual in-depth interviews, usability tests)
Experience in conducting workshops, e.g. scoping workshop, requirement gathering workshop etc.
Good knowledge of German Language is mandatory
Optional
6+ years of professional experience in: data center migrations to Azure cloud, designing, architecting, and deploying application modernization and workload migrations to cloud
A person who collaborates effectively, communicates well, and writes emails clearly and crispy.
Certified from Microsoft on Azure Public Cloud Architect certification
Experience with security, networking, databases, and infrastructure as code
Strong hands-on experience including infrastructure automation tools Terraform & Ansible
Experience with orchestration frameworks and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) tools Python/Bash/PowerShell/Azure CLI
Exposure and good understanding in core tenants to be considered when designing, developing & deploying to a Cloud.
Sound Hands-On skills and Knowledge of other Cloud Providers e.g. IBM, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or VMware will be preferred.
Should be good in English communications both written & verbal.
