Your responsibilities
Provide implementation and support services for hybrid network infrastructure – on-prem + Azure cloud
Perform IT support related to technical issues for physical and virtual network
Configuration of network environment in remote Data Center’s and sites
Troubleshooting of network incidents on sites, working with ISP’s
System management of networking tools
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Azure networking:
Routing\Switching
VPN gateways
Firewall
LoadBalancers
Expressroute
Experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Azure technologies
Experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower/ASA, PaloAlto\Checkpoint
Knowledge of IaC and Cloud PaaS / IaaS issues in MS Azure (AWS would be an advantage)
Experience working in an ITIL-modeled IT environment
Knowledge LAN/WAN design and administration
Good understanding of Internet services and protocols
Good knowledge of administration and configuration of 2nd and 3rd level switches
Experience with routers configuration and protocols
Understanding of security issues, firewalls as hardware as and software
Understanding of VPN and traffic encryption solutions
Upper-intermediate level of English

Our customer is TietoEVRY – one of the leading IT services and software providers in the Scandinavian region and has more than 10,000 customers across the private and public sectors.
We are looking for a specialist to join our Cloud operation team which provides services to various customers in Nordic. We provide operation and support for customers onboarded to TietoEVRY Managed Cloud Framework, a dedicated platform based on Microsoft Azure cloud.
The team in Poland currently consists of 10 engineers of different specializations including Application and Database operation, Azure and network, Change and Problem management.
