Your responsibilities

  • Liase with B2C Marketing Manager to set-up and execute B2C activations for own channels to drive traffic& deliver channel activation plan (in line with E2E process)

  • Lead WAAM meetings, deliver promo analysis & recommendation in cooperation with CRM & channel managers

  • Provide evaluation reports of consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities (channel related performance)

  • Together with CRM team analyze B2C activations and adjust the activation plan based on the performance and key learnings

  • Communicate the activation plan across the channels and finalize it based on the feedback from them

  • Monitor and report relevant trends within the CRM database and communicate them within the organization on regular basis

  • Cooperation with global shared services to improve and automate reporting processes

  • Analyze the competitors (both coffee and coffee machines) and adjust the activation plan based on the trends

  • Manage the portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services (new launches support, volume planning, product information verification)

  • Communicate to the channels about new launches and preparation of all necessary information (product cards creation in the system, scripts preparation for the selling channels, selling materials preparation)

  • Review portfolio performance continuously to understand and lead possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights team

  • Execute consumer journey strategy, including brand positioning across own channels,improve the consumer retail experience

  • Ensure communication materials availability in Boutiques to support key product launches or/and big campaign launches (consistent with the ATL communication)

  • Leverage (internal and external) data, insights and recommendations

  • Analyze together with data & insight team BTQ base and consistently work on their loyalty building

  • Define activations driving traffic to Boutiques

  • Support new boutique opening (support plan creation, traffic drive, all the activation and communication materials preparation - together with the communication team)

Our requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Brand or/and Product Management

  • Worked for a premium brand with an FMCG mindset

  • Good analytics skills

  • Strong organizational or project management skills in an commercial environment

  • Accuracy and attention to details

  • Results-driven, high-energy, innovation minded

  • Advanced English
