Your responsibilities
Build and Take responsibility for B2C. We have an e-shop and 50 branches. You will be responsible for both of these sales tools – mainly e-shop.
Regularly analyze, report and propose changes to e-commerce platforms. searching for potential opportunities in the online market.
develop and build a new e-shop
Implement B2C strategy in the country and Set B2C KPIs according to CEE standards
Obtain data from local sources, analyze it and draw conclusions for managing sales in the country.
Provide input for marketing campaigns and share best practices from the local market
Monitor and evaluate the B2C customer journey.
Lead intensive internal communication with key Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain teams for effective collaboration
Our requirements
English - B2
Orientation in the online market tools like Allegro, trends, etc.
Experience with methodical team management.
Experience in retail – offline and e-commerce
Knowledge of the automotive segment is an advantage
