Your responsibilities

  • Build and Take responsibility for B2C. We have an e-shop and 50 branches. You will be responsible for both of these sales tools – mainly e-shop.

  • Regularly analyze, report and propose changes to e-commerce platforms. searching for potential opportunities in the online market.

  • develop and build a new e-shop

  • Implement B2C strategy in the country and Set B2C KPIs according to CEE standards

  • Obtain data from local sources, analyze it and draw conclusions for managing sales in the country.

  • Provide input for marketing campaigns and share best practices from the local market

  • Monitor and evaluate the B2C customer journey.

  • Lead intensive internal communication with key Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain teams for effective collaboration

Our requirements

  • English - B2

  • Orientation in the online market tools like Allegro, trends, etc.

  • Experience with methodical team management.

  • Experience in retail – offline and e-commerce

  • Knowledge of the automotive segment is an advantage
