Your responsibilities

  • Active usage of ticketing tools, reporting of the tickets, usage of closing codes within tickets, data validation
  • Business communication and support of international customers and internal delivery teams worldwide
  • Handling project documentation
  • Active contact with our local teams and local management
  • Data verification in our ticketing system

Our requirements

  • Good English
  • German - at least A2 or higher
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Communication with customer skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Openness to learn new skills – technical vocabulary and issues from hardware area

Optional

  • Experience in customer-facing / contact center environment
