Your responsibilities
- SAP Pricing data entry & recurring maintenance (price lists, special prices, etc.) sourcing such contents from local Sales & Marketing functions;
- SAP Customer Master record insertion & maintenance, in collaboration with local finance /credit control functions;
- SAP promotional canvas mechanization, based on contents provided by local sales & Marketing functions;
- Generation & transmission of credit notes/debit notes to customer base;
- Maintain non-operational (non order-to-cash related) correspondence and communication with distributors, sales representatives & customer service representatives;
- May conduct training for entry-level representatives.
Our requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / Engineering or related field
- Proven working experience as a customer service team or equivalent
- Strong Customer Centric attitude
- High level of problem-solving attitude
- High Knowledge of English and French
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) is a plus.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
