Your responsibilities
As a Back Office Sales Specialist, you deliver new sales within small and medium customer accounts, to support customers and the Sales Field team in building sales funnel and new customer implementation as well as ensure client satisfaction.
Actively contribute to developing Inside Sales Department Strategy
Revenue stream – manage own activities to meet budget targets and profitability levels to achieve the annual revenue budget
Execute best in class small and medium accounts approach
Generate new sales leads and transfer larger customers to the Sales Field team (making cold calls, market research, executing mailing campaigns, clarifying the details of the palette rental system)
Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements for small and medium accounts
Provide support to customers and the Sales Field team in building sales funnel and new customer implementation (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system and preparing documents for customers, building and making reports of current sales performance)
Support Sales Team in administrative & reporting work
Our requirements
Knowledge of Polish and English language
Min. 1,5-2 years of experience in Inside Sales/Back Office/Sales or other commercial function in a Customer Care role
Analytical skills
Good attention to detail
Organizational skills
Optional
1 year of Telesales (outgoing calls) experience preferred
Experience in a multinational company with a matrix structure
Experience in handling marketing and sales campaign
Experience in working with CRM systems
