Back Office Sales Specialist

Your responsibilities

This role might be for all of you who are at the beginning of your career or wants to start your journey with sales. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you deliver new sales within small and medium customer accounts, to support customers and the Sales Field team in building sales funnel and new customer implementation as well as ensure client satisfaction.

What you will do:

•Actively contribute to developing Inside Sales Department Strategy

•Revenue stream – manage own activities to meet budget targets and profitability levels to achieve the annual revenue budget

•Execute best in class small and medium accounts approach

•Generate new sales leads and transfer larger customers to the Sales Field team (making cold calls, market research, executing mailing campaigns, clarifying the details of the palette rental system)

•Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements for small and medium accounts

•Provide support to customers and the Sales Field team in building sales funnel and new customer implementation (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system and preparing documents for customers, building and making reports of current sales performance)

•Support Sales Team in administrative & reporting work

You can gain:

Our requirements

Must-haves

•First experience in Sales or other commercial functions in a Customer Care role

•Language skills – Polish fluent, English B2 level

•Good attention to detail

•Organizational skills

•Team player

Nice to have

•1 year of Telesales (outgoing calls) experience preferred

•Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar

•Analytical skills

•MS Office

•SAP, Salesforce systems

•Valid driving licence
