Your responsibilities
Entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way.
Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored in SAP.
Sorting out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
Processing corrective actions (invoice corrections, returns, etc.).
Being part of the continuous improvements society.
Our requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
Good knowledge of English.
Very good MS Office skills.
Strong focus on details.
Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work.
Optional
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system would be an asset.
