    For our client, an international company from pharma industry we are looking for:

    Back Office Specialist with Italian or Dutch

    Your role:

    • Being a part of an international team,
    • Responsibility for orders management of medical equipment,
    • Processing orders in SAP,
    • Monitoring daily incoming orders, analyzing and resolving order issues,
    • Keeping in contact with Front Office and Sales department of Italian OR Dutch speaking markets,
    • Dealing with various projects and working on procedures improvements.

    Our expectations:

    • Good level of Italian OR Dutch and English (B2),
    •  Professional experience in corporate environment (internships, regular employment, etc.) is most welcome,
    • Team player attitude and empathy,
    • Willingness to learn SAP,
    •  Problem solving and good communication skills.
