Your responsibilities
The objective of this role is to leading day-to-day operations of Back Office team in respect of customer master data ownership, contract creation, maintenance and termination, invoicing & reconciliation processes as well as serving colleagues as an expert and advisor.

Responsibilities:
▪ Assisting Back Office Manager in building a strong, high performing team motivated to effectively execute their given objectives and targets
▪ Supervising a team of subordinates to deliver high quality customer service
▪ Ensuring a delivery of high quality service in terms of: customer master data ownership, contract creation, maintenance and termination, invoicing & reconciliation processes
▪ Creating and maintaining back office processes related documentation
▪ Workforce planning, reports
▪ Serving as a first escalation line as well as advise in case of complicated customer requests and negotiations
▪ Looking for ways to optimize & automate processes
▪ Ensuring the delivery of assigned KPIs
▪ Taking incoming customer calls, resolving customer queries
▪ Following and contributing to the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
▪ Ensuring compliance with internal controls, business rules, policies, and legal requirements
▪ Assisting and coordinating information flow with other teams in leveraged and retained organization
▪ Ensuring adherence to controls and audit requirements throughout in-scope process execution
▪ Constantly seeking for in-scope process productivity and efficiency improvement areas and working as a team member to implement those
Our requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar position
Experience in managing junior staff members
Familiarity in ERP systems
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Attention to details
Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
Excellent decision-making skills
Experience in calculations and managing KPI's
Understanding of accounting processes
Quality and deadline oriented
True team player and excellent in building strong, effective team and developing business relationships
Proficiency in English both verbal and written
Advanced knowledge of excel – experience in creating reports, pivot tables (macros nice to have)
Optional
Previous experience in customer support and familiarity with our industry
Familiarity in CRM systems
Knowledge of reporting tools
Ability to communicate and work in an international team
Logistic processes knowledge
Proficiency in other European language Czech, Slovak(preferred) or Hungarian, Romanian)
