Your responsibilities

  • You will assist SHEIN’s customers via email & chat in Polish

  • You will provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries

  • You will resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution

  • You will initiate, manage, answer, and solve customers queries

  • You will professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly at first contact

  • You will assist all customer queries by offering precise, concise, complete, and within the agreed terms

Our requirements

  • A C1 Polish spoken/written

  • A B2 English spoken/written

  • Interest in the clothing and fashion industry

  • Flexibility to adjust to all kinds of project development changes

  • Customer service or similar related working experience (nice to have)

  • A good spirit and consciousness of service, positively provide service to customers

  • Ready to work on a rotating schedule: Mon-Sun 09:00 – 22:00, from the office
