Your responsibilities
- Providing financial analysis and ad-hoc support to the marketing and sales teams in all aspects of financial and business decisions to deliver targets
- Participation in financial forecasting processes (support & challenge to business partners) and tracking results
- Contribute to ongoing efficiency opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Being in charge of the discounts control process
- Identify opportunities for processes & reports for simplification
- Providing support to Senior Finance Business Partner
Our requirements
- University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance Department of corporate environment
- Passion and motivation for development in Finance Business Partnering
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to deal with a large number of data and to present it in simplified manner
- Learning agility, collaborative spirit, results orientation
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing corporate environment
- Proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who can work independently
- Very good overall computer skills (particularly MS Excel)
- Strong English (written & oral) required
Optional
- Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI
- FMCG experience / knowledge of local markets
