Your responsibilities
Providing financial analysis and ad-hoc support to the marketing and sales teams in all aspects of financial and business decisions to deliver targets
Participation in financial forecasting processes (support & challenge to business partners) and tracking results
Contribute to ongoing efficiency opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
Being in charge of the discounts control process
Identify opportunities for processes & reports for simplification
Providing support to Senior Finance Business Partner
Our requirements
University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management
1-2 years of experience in Finance Department of corporate environment
Passion and motivation for development in Finance Business Partnering
Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
Ability to deal with a large number of data and to present it in simplified manner
Learning agility, collaborative spirit, results orientation
Flexibility and adaptability in changing corporate environment
Proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who can work independently
Very good overall computer skills (particularly MS Excel)
Strong English (written & oral) required
Optional
Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI
FMCG experience / knowledge of local markets
