Banking Operations Senior Expert
Location: Warszawa

Key responsibilities:

  • Timely execution of fund transfers
  • Calculating, confirming and performing settlements, fee payments or other charges
  • Daily reconciliation and matching all Nostro items, follow-up on outstanding items
  • Investigation and resolution of all processing issues
  • System parameters maintenance. Updating various system tools
  • Setting up new processes, preparing procedures
  • Keeping an effective communication and cooperation with external/internal foreign parties
  • Providing Technology with systems enhancements technical requirements.
  • Participation in various projects and UAT test
  • Preparing monthly KPI (Key Process Indicators) and ORI (Operational Risk Indicators)
  • Preparing monthly MCA results
  • Supporting Team Leader

Qualifications: ​

  • At least 5 years’ work experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or within Financial Market
  • Graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) – Economy/business administration background preferred
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office (very good Excel, VBA preferable)
  • Ability to effectively work on telephone/email with various parties
  • Sense of urgency, quick in action
  • Flexible, able to spot irregularity and react promptly and adequately
  • Persistent, ready to actively follow up and escalate if needed
  • Well-organized, working to tight deadlines
  • Sense for independent work and good team player.
  • Reliable and 'can do’ attitude
