Currently, we are looking for a new member of the Security Lendings Services for the Global Investment Bank

Banking Operations Specialist (Securities Lending) Numer ref.: BOPS/10.2021/HK/KRK

Please send your CV, if you have:

First experience in the banking operations/ settlements/ securities lending/ trade management/financial
Fluent English
Upper-intermediate knowledge of Excel
Research, resolution, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well in a team environment

Your Future responsibilities in this position:

Responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Reconciles breaks between the books of the Company and counterparties
Communicates professionally and constructively with internal and external contacts to effectively resolve any trade issues in order to minimize risk and exposure
Participates in new enhancement testing and rollouts to increase productivity and improve accuracy
Escalates high exposure items and non-standard cases, works with management towards meeting resolution
Challenges all processes, procedures and practices to increase efficiency
Prepares and distributes all required reports
