Your responsibilities
Activating financial instruments (shares, bonds, Etf’s, structured products, funds, rights, warrants, derivatives, etc) on IT platform
Ensuring the received price valuations are controlled and available to meet daily deadlines and requirements (price tolerance reports, review of pricing attributes and associate corporate actions, base on Bloomberg, Six Financial InformationReuters and other data providers)
Performing daily, weekly and monthly controls on static data (Excel)
Working in conjunction with other Teams in Wroclaw and abroad to ensure seamless processing
Making sure that risk issues are escalated promptly to managers and stakeholders
Following all business unit operational procedures and other directive controls
Employer requirements
Italian language on minimum B2 level
English language on communicative level
Open minded, collaborative, smart and fast learner
Basic knowledge of Excel mandatory
Around 1-2 year of working experience in a team
Ability to work under pressure
Optional
Previous experience in financial field would be an asset
Process improvement abilities (Excel advanced, Access knowledge)
