Due to their rapid expansion in Poland and Central Europe, the company is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager. In this stand-alone position, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients into the organization, increase turnover from existing customers and developing sales in the CE region with a focus on the Polish market.

Description

• Developing new sales of high quality packaging currently manufactured in Poland and in Europe
• Acquisition of new clients and business partners within designated territory
• Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their orders.
• Monitoring the sales activities of competitors and utilizing own ideas for business development.
• Providing market feedback on competitive environment, customer trends and prospect needs in order to meet market demands and achieve sustainable business growth.
• Advising senior management of any particular, strategic implications, plans and market developing movements

Profile

• College degree in economics or other business discipline
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience with proven results and success in metal packaging sector
• Natural talents to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with major clients
• Independent, goal-driven and flexible team player, with open and outgoing personality
• Very good organizational, presentation, planning and communication skills,
• Fluency in oral and written English and Polish, German language knowledge would be an added benefit.
• Willingness to travel
