Your responsibilities
Modelling and developing out robotic processes – we’re working on SAP iRPA
Creating automated dashboards & reports on WSS service performance using best data visualization principles & modern BI tools
Developing KPIs Matrix on managerial & operational levels
Interacting with people on different organizational levels
Self-reliance – consultant/advisor work alike (gathering project requirements, driving the development)
Respond to data inquiries and analytics requests
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives in WSS
Assignment to different projects involving a large amount of data
Our requirements
Proficiency in all of below is not compulsory (we’d love to share all we know), but will definitely work to your advantage.
Report and dashboard automation:
• Solutions we lean towards to: – Power BI
– Modern Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modelling)
– Macros
– SAP Analytics Cloud
• Languages used: – M – Power Query Formula Language
– DAX
– VBA
– SQL
Robotic Process Automation:
• SAP iRPA 1.0 (just starting out with low-code 2.0)
• Languages used: – Basics of JavaScript, Node.JS
– VBScript
– Rarely PowerShell
– XML, HTML, CSS might be of help, but are not required
Continuous Improvement:
• Microsoft Power Platform with a poison of your pick (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
• SCRUM or Agile experience
• Lean, Six Sigma experience
Personal traits:
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
• Problem-solving skills (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
• A methodical and logical approach, accuracy and attention to detail
• Visual communication principles & practice
• Experience in Masterdata/Supply chain/Procurement will be an advantage
• Master’s degree in mathematics / IT/ Economics / Management / Finance (nice to have, not a must)
