About the project
The BI Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the sales in the shop management team by providing data analysis, insights, and reporting to facilitate decision-making and achieve overall sales goals. The key projects for this position include developing sales reports and creating sales forecasting tools. The primary goal of the BI Analyst is to leverage data analytics to assist in sales strategy development, identify trends, and optimize customer engagement.
Your responsibilities
Utilize analytical thinking to transform data into informative reports and visualizations.
Conduct business analysis to assist in sales decision-making, utilizing historical data, trends, and customer behavior.
Manage sales management files, making improvements and ensuring consistent performance.
Link data sources, import data, and perform data transformations.
Develop visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Interpret internal and external business challenges and opportunities, and create solutions to address them.
Engage subject matter experts in various functional areas within a virtual international team.
Actively participate in the execution of all aspects of small projects and/or phases of larger projects.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Informatics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau, Power BI, VBA, SQL, and Jedox.
Keep an open eye for new technologies and megatrends in Big Data, Predictive Analytics, and other related fields.
Very good command of written and spoken English (B2 level).
