About the project
We are looking for an experienced BI Data Analyst who will accelerate the work of the Business Intelligence team in developing analytical solutions. You will join the BI team which consists of Aleksandra Kabat-Karabon, Mateusz Domagała, Michał Kominek and Piotr Kurkiewicz, who is leading the team.
This role is all about cooperation with most of the teams in the company and you will find yourself comfortable in this position if you possess analytical skills problem-solving capabilities and you are not afraid to ask questions and create recommendations that will have a huge impact on high-level business decisions.
Providing tools, dashboards and insights (all over the company) that will allow users self-explore the data and make the right decisions.
Collaborating with the product team on hypotheses verification (ad-hoc analysis included).
Delivering analysis and dashboards both internally and externally (clients-centric).
Preparing ELT process for analysis.
Participating in building a brand new team and a whole new BI ecosystem.
Working with the newest market solutions.
2+ years of hands-on experience in reporting, data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
Experience in building interactive visualization and BI platforms: PowerBI/R Shiny/Tableau/Data Studio/Looker etc. (our team is using Tableau and Data Studio).
Strong experience in the field of large data handling in SQL.
A degree in economic analytics, econometrics, mathematics, or a similar quantitative field of study would be a huge help.
High entrepreneurship and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Experience in BigQuery, Data Studio.
Basic knowledge of Data Science.
Experience in Python scripts.

1. A short call with selected candidates. It would take about 40-60 minutes.
2. Next, a technical interview is planned. A meeting with the Head of Business Intelligence and one of the BI team members to better understand your experience, expectations, and motivation. This would be done remotely and could take about 1,5 hours in total.
3. An analytical task as homework. You would have 2 days to do the task in the most comfortable time.
4. Next, a final interview is planned. A meeting with the Head of Business Intelligence and C-level executive to talk over the completed task and unresolved questions. This would be done remotely and could take about 45 minutes.
5. If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
