    You will:

    • Create high level and detailed report solution designs that includes development of Tableau dashboards.
    • Develop technical analysis, specifications and solutions designs.
    • Work in conjunction with clients in order to establish reports specifications.
    • Work with Big Data technology in order to deliver global solutions.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis that combines multiple data sources using Business Objects, SQL, IMPALA, HIVE, Python.
    • Perform necessary 2nd level support for Tivoli Identity Manager product when needed.
    • Stay abreast of technology trends and industry best practices to hone and maintain talent.
    • Monitor and action service requests via the Credit Suisse in-house Access Management toolset (MyAccess) and SNOW queues responding in a timely manner.
    • Analyze current manual processes to identify areas of continuous improvement and increased efficiency opportunities.
    • Proactively highlight/analyze issues and raise awareness to the Engineering team and feed into Product Management for remediation
      Microsoft Office.
    • Do you have familiarity with SQL, Java and/or Microsoft Access, Visio & IGraphx preferred?
    • Cash security product knowledge a plus.

    • At least 2 years of professional experience one of the following reporting platforms: Tableau, Business Objects
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with SQL (T-SQL, PL SQL, IMPALA)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to directly support business users and HR Staff
    • Hands on experience in Active Directory Security Administration
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills combined with strong business judgment
    • Very good command of English is a must
    • Commercial big data experience (Spark, Hadoop)
    • Experience with Python development i.e. PySpark
    • Familiarity with Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP)


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Self-motivated and a teammate with security oriented mindset
    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, strong work ethic and self-motivation
    • Ability to work independently, with peers and collaborate across teams
    • Problem solving skills (Root Cause Analysis)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practices (such as e.g. ITIL, CompTIA)
