In your position, your primary role is related to building and managing a portfolio of meaningful and relevant data analysis to support both Arrows sales organization and our vendor & partner community. These Analysis will contain key market data information which will help highlight trends within both technology and market sectors. These reports will also allow Arrow to identify missed opportunities by highlighting spend patterns of specific sectors.
Part of your role will also to be to oversee the regular standardized reporting for our key strategic partners. These reports will include revenue growth, forecasting, cost savings, renewals, marketing funds & activities and many other aspects of our overall business relationship.
These reports will form a fundamental and key aspect to driving comprehensive customer service and business development activities within the Arrow Key Accounts team and should directly contribute towards the growth of the business as a whole.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Work alongside Arrow sales & vendor teams to create and deliver market analysis presentations to our partner and vendor community
- Identify business development opportunities and initiate discussions between Arrow vendor teams and our partners
- Maintain knowledge of the Security industry and the Arrow portfolio in order to recognize trend variations and/or opportunities
- Leverage data analysis with management and other departments to support decision making and provide recommendations on operational improvements and future strategy
- Define and produce quarterly reports for Arrow Strategic Accounts and make recommendations for enhancements
- Provide Key Account teams with supporting data for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Act as an interface between technical BI teams and the commercial organizations within Arrow
- Promote success stories to the business with a view to wider adoption
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced in the field business administration as well as high IT affinity
- Good understanding of operational & business processes
- Skilled user of Microsoft Excel
- Specialist in creating reports for a wide variety of user groups (up to executive level)
- Customer-oriented, analytical and independent way of working with a high level of quality awareness
- Willingness to learn and implement new technologies
- Fluently speaking English
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI and knowledge in dealing with DAX is a plus
