Your responsibilities

  • This is a new role in Pepco CEE. The purpose of the role is to create aligned centralized reporting including financial and business KPIs for Pepco CEE and equip Executive Directors with reliable management information and insights to drive strategic decisions. This role will be part the Commercial Finance team.

  • Recruit, develop and manage a team of BI specialists

  • Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications

  • Develop automated reports and dashboard in Power BI, tailored to the business needs (reports criteria: user friendly, insightful, a combinations of numbers and graphical presentation delivered on time)

  • Update and modify existing reports depending on new function requirements

  • Lead data and KPIs Governance: Review and maintain consistency of KPIs definitions

  • Ensure that reports are free of errors e.g. monitor missing data

  • Build close collaboration with Executive Directors, business function representatives, Finance Business Partners and IT BI team

  • Deliver reporting support to the business functions in line with SLA

Our requirements

  • High leadership skills and experience in managing BI teams up to several team members

  • Consulting and business analysis skills to understand client’s requirements

  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology

  • Produce functional and non-functional specification

  • Understand and design business intelligence and reporting architecture

  • Proved experience in Power BI

  • Ability to develop and present clear and insightful reports to stakeholders

  • Ability to create powerful and meaningful stories with data
