Your responsibilities

  • Performing requested enhancements on our diverse platforms and workspaces

  • Propose improvements to current solutions

  • Develop the operating support model for this scaling area

  • Monitor our analytics environments

  • Maintain our solutions to ensure stability and availability

  • Hold training sessions to keep improving business practices

  • Share tips and tricks with stakeholders and answer incoming questions

  • Resolve incidents in our PowerBI and Data Foundation solutions

  • Create and update training material for all our analytics tools

  • Assist automating testing of the solutions and perform testing where automation isn’t possible or achieved yet

  • Support the Analytic Power House (APH) Agile Release Train in development and governance

Our requirements

  • You have a master’s degree within IT, finance or other relevant areas with at least 2 years of experience working in that area.

  • Alternatively, you have got the experience working with reporting within the finance, sales or supply chain line of business and are open and willing to learn the rest

  • Working knowledge of SAP BW, Power BI and/or Azure Data Services are essential

  • Proficiency with Python, R, C#, SQL would be a major advantage

  • Experience with ServiceNow is also an advantage

  • You speak and write English effortlessly

  • Are happy to travel (few times a year expected)

At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world’s favorite dairy products. In Shared Service Centre in Gdansk we support our colleagues worldwide by providing them with world-class accounting, finance, procurement, tax, master data, HR and IT processes.

Global Shared Services consists of multiple functions that are all placed in the Neptun building in Gdansk – with colorful offices and a beautiful sea view.

As of now, we have an IT Operations and an IT Solutions division dedicated to SAP as well as a variety of app development and implementation projects. Our procurement and finance functions support a wide array of processes such as purchasing, distribution and sales globally.

We also have a dedicated HR operations division to ensure we attract, develop and retain the very best of talent around the world.
