Your responsibilities

  • AMS, a leader in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management is seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our talented Global Bid Team. The successful applicant will support with fast turn-around opportunities, helping to create and coordinate high quality submissions to win business across the service-lines and geographies AMS operates in.

  • Coordinating high quality and compliant proposal responses in accordance with client deadlines

  • Responding to standard company questions

  • Formatting written and presentation documents

  • Searching our extensive bid library to source supporting material

  • Working on client e-procurement portals to download documents and upload / submit company responses

  • Coordinating compliant and timely responses from subject matter experts

  • Organising reviews and approvals, and submission of the bid in line with client timescales

  • Conducting desktop research on  identified prospects / clients

  • Proactively maintaining/updating company facts and figures to ensure the latest information is available across the team

  • Using a variety of company reports to extract accurate information

  • The role will involve liaison with Sales Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and other Bid Team members.

Our requirements

  • Experience in co-ordination, project management and strong communication

  • Good Advanced skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Exceptional proof-reading, editing and formatting skills

  • Proven ability to interrogate/interpret & present data

  • Deadline, strong time-management and prioritisation skills

  • Self-starting, motivated, resourceful and positive

  • Willingness to own problems and take responsibility for delivery


  • Prior experience of working in a Staffing or Resourcing environment

  • Understanding of sales processes/cycles

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles such as Prince2

  • InDesign/Creative Suite skills is added value
