Your responsibilities

You will be:

• a member of international Sales department team, actively involved in Presales activities in the UK market,

• responsible for leading End to End Bid Management Process,

• ensuring that a high quality competitive and compelling bid response is created and delivered to the Customer, highlighting our unique proposition and win themes,

• ensuring that all the client’s questions listed in the RFP have been answered as fully as possible, understanding the gaps and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success,

• involved in every aspect of consolidation of bid documents, coordination with tech SMEs, Delivery, Legal and other relevant groups for preparing the final proposal document,

• after the bid submission, supporting our Sales Team in offer defense, creation of proposal presentations, bid clarifications with the customer (as and when requested),

• working on other related Presales activities like creating case studies, working with Marketing on events, Campaigns, analyst RFIs etc.,

• actively following up on requests and bids on industry or public portals (e.g. GCloud),

• preparing monthly reports related to the bid management activities within his/her domain of responsibility,

• travelling to UK to meet with the clients about once a month.

Our requirements

  • 7+ years overall industry experience, specifically in IT Services.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Bid management (>1 M USD to 10 M USD size opportunities).
  • Experience on supporting End to End Bid Management Process for creating quality proposal documents prepared in response to formal RFP/ RFQ/ RFIs or informal business need requests.
  • Knowledge of entire process from Deal Qualification to final proposal submission to Sales.
  • Experience in preparing Bid Synopsis initially for management’s approval (with inputs from Sales).
  • Excellent English skills (C1+).
  • Work from EU and work permit are required.

Optional

  • Awareness of IT Software development lifecycle, processes, and tools & technologies (Digital, DevOps, Agile, Cloud, Big Data, RPA etc.).
  • Knowledge of different pricing models prevalent in the IT industry – Managed Services, Outcome-based, Fixed-price, T&M etc.
  • Education background: Bachelors + MBA in any stream.
