Your role:
We are looking for Big Data Developer with minimum 5 years of professional experience and good English skills. You will have an opportunity to implement data integration of the various systems, work with semantic data modelling and mapping and APIs development. You will be responsible for:
- Working as the Big Data Developer in a self-organizing Scrum team
- Implementing data sourcing and transformationing code, performing semantic data modelling, API build
- Managing the deployment of the reporting / data access tools
- Creating technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Working with different technologies with evolving tool stack in a professional environment
Your skills:
- Minimum 5 years of project experience with at least one of the following Big Data platforms is a must: Cloudera, Hortonworks
- SQL data engineering skills
- Knowledge of Hadoop ETL tools (sqoop, impala, hive, oozie)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bash
- Experience with working knowledge of at least one of the programming languages: Python, PySpark, R, Scala, Java
