Your responsibilities
Participate in process analysis and redesign along with the analytical team
Produce a detailed functional and technical design document to match customer requirements
Provide current best practice and non-kernel solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
Develop complex functionalities
Lead the testing efforts
Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts
Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
Maintain critical applications keeping SLA
Our requirements
Proven experience in projects' delivery in area of Business Support Systems for Telecommunication service providers with focus on telecommunication billing solutions
Familiar with T-Mobile Poland environment
Experience with BSCS billing system including non-kernel part developed for T-Mobile Poland
Experience with RBM, EWKA & KIWI/EMU billing and dunning systems
Hands on with microservices development
Expertise in C/C++, PL/SQL, Java Spring, Kubernetes, Rest API, React
Strong hands-on technical problem solving abilities
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs
Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
Polish speaker is a must
10+ years of relevant experience

The Billing Architect/Developer is responsible for the overall design of the solution and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements. Works as a team member onsite at customer premises along with the Project Manager, Analysts and Developers to deliver the complete solution for the customer. Maintains applications, develops new solutions and takes part in big billing transformation based on microservices.
