Description

• Managing a Team of Billing Specialists or Contract Fulfillment Specialists
• Supporting entities from DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with all billing or contract fulfillment /ordering related activities
• Participating in transition of processes from European entities
• Being a business partner for management, internal departments and customers, providing support and advise for all operational billing or contract fulfillment / ordering related topics
• Working together with other team leads and your team to ensure positive Key Performance Indicators in line with agreed Service Level Agreements for operational processes
• Recommending and implementing process improvements
• Driving, collaborating and giving input on the evolution of operational processes
• Actively participating in local, regional and global projects

 

Profile

• Work experience in a similar position (Billing Team Leader or Contract Fulfillment Team Leader)
• Experience in leading teams in a multinational environment preferably Shared Service Center structure
• Vast experience in billing process or contract fulfillment / ordering process
• Very good English (+ highly desirable: very good German or other European languages)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system (SD Module)
• Expert level in MS office business applications
• Excellent team management and communication skills plus a strong customer focus
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills, ability to handle multiple priorities
• Accountable and proactive with highly developed decision making skills
