Your responsibilities
Regular manual billing
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) monitoring
E-invoicing (platforms)- manual uploading of Invoices
Daily / Monthly monitoring to ensure error-free transactions
Resolve billing-related errors
Billing standard activities
Routine and period-end reporting
Incident creation and analysis of the problem
IT testing of new or updated functionalities within the SAP system
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance or Commercial Administration
Experience in the SAP SD module will be an asset
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, and Outlook software
Very good English in speaking and writing
Very Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Details-oriented person
Experience in a team or self-directed work environment
Ability to handle a confidential information
