Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger on an accrual basis.
Recording all corporate and operating expenses
Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsible for opening bank accounts.
Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger.
Process cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.
Process invoices payments.
Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements/reporting packages.
Responsible for preparing regulatory reporting (VAT and CIT)
Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets.
Experience with cash analysis, monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
English language required
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement
Minimum 2 years of Proven working experience at a commercial real estate company
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with property management software
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting or a relevant field)
Excel and Word
NAVISION, SAP, Yardi or other real estate accounting software.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper, to undertake daily financial reporting activities such as preparing general and standard journal entries, charging and collecting monthly charges from tenants, processing payments,
managing the bank accounts, preparing regulatory tax reports, and performing closing processes.

This person must have professional communication skills, be a self-starter, be detail-oriented, be
organized, enjoy troubleshooting, and can multitask.
