    BPI & Quality Manager
    Location: Ostrów Wielkopolski

    For our Protective & Marine Coatings business unit we are seeking for the BPI & Quality Manager, who will play an integral role throughout the plant and will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing production processes and projects to continually improve productivity, product quality, cost and reliability and safety. 

    Your objectives: 

    • Interpret principles, theories and concepts of production process in order to solve problems and make design recommendations
    • Design, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing processes and tooling
    • Continually analyze manufacturing process flows and enhance quality, cost, and throughput
    • Using historical and current data to analyze processes and substantiate results
    • Work closely with production planner, quality, procurement and other teams to continually improve production
    • Identify and implement of improvement projects in the production and other areas
    • Identify and measure of KPIs, effectiveness of production process according to Six Sigma methodology
    • Optimize of the continuity of production processes related to the efficiency and safety of processes in the plant
    • Develop and report data for operational decisions
    • Establish and maintain of BPI cooperation, exchange of experience and searching for best practices between plants
    • Employee training raising awareness of Lean philosophy

    Our requirements: 

    • Higher technical education
    • Experience in similar position, preferable in manufacturing industry
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing area
    • Experience in use of project management tools and methodologies
    • Proficiency on project management and process improvement
    • Ability to understand and provide solution to complex problems
    • Very good organization of work, initiative and commitment, interpersonal skill
    • Clear thinking, innovative and be able to work under time pressure
    • Independence and decision-making skills
    • Six Sigma Certification
    • Fluency in English
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office
