Your responsibilities
- Designing, developing, maintaining and automating business processes using a workflow tool (BPM class system)
- Recommending processes architecture solutions
- Recommending technological solutions that fit the clients' needs, capabilities, urgency and culture
- Performing analysis in the field of processes and reports, collecting business and technical requirements
- Researching new technologies to optimize current solutions and to make them sustainable for the future
- Delivering fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of the market leading IT systems
- Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting IT concepts to customers)
Our requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience as BPMS designer / modeler
- Understand Digital Transformation and have experience delivering those types of engagements
- Have process automation expertise
- Assess existing processes and services offerings
- Develop Process Cards for all Level 3 (L3) processes that capture Process details (title, description, level, objective, owner, inputs and output), Start and end of processes interrelations to other processes, automation levels of each process, Executors of processes, Process frequency, Systems and Applications used for execution of processes
- Facilitate functional workshops
- Confirm all the inter-relations between functions, product and services, processes, customers and stakeholders.
- Validate prioritized processes
- Develop process architecture
- Define a process prioritization framework and develop prioritized business processes
- Define service catalog template that includes Service name, owner, description, target customer, underlying processes, requirements for requesting / applying to the service.
- Develop target service catalog
- Define systems functional requirements and integration requirements
- Develop content for client deliverables
- At least one implementation using Camunda Platform / MS Power Platform / Other BPMS solutions
- Knowledge of: BPMN, UML notations
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL
- Capability of managing communication in a team, moderate discussions and workshops, drawing constructive conclusions, and resolving conflicts
- Open-minded, seeking innovative solutions for common challenges across projects
- Experience in working in agile team
- Higher education, preferred fields of study: IT, telecommunications or related
- Fluency in English
Optional
- Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills
- Experience in JavaScript / Angular / React
- Experience in core Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Rabbit MQ, Kafka
- Design Thinking
- Knowledge of UI / UX
