    The opportunity:

    Vector Synergy provides companies and organizations with expert services needed for execution of contracts requiring security clearance and it offers comprehensive services as well as more than advanced solutions in respect its Clients’ needs. We are very proud that our cooperation with NATO NCIA Agency and EU Commission, has resulted in another step forward together – this year Vector Synergy has been awarded the AAS contract: a 5-years framework contract for staffing services for NATO NCIA Agency.

    The role:

    This is a position for a self - driven individual, with a solid experience in branch expansion related tasks. A successful candidate should be able to work under time pressure, be flexible and goal oriented. As a Branch Expansion Manager you will be confident in dealing with all activities related to the opening of new branches of Vector Synergy overseas. You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with stakeholders, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Comparing the costs and benefits related to opening branch of the company in individual countries;
    • Coordinating all activities related to the opening of new branches of the company overseas;
    • Dealing with letting offices in new locations in the EU;
    • Cooperating with relevant governmant organizations in individual countries in the field of legal and administrative processes;
    • Cooperating with the legal, financial and HR department at the company's headquarters in Poland (Poznan) to obtain relevant documents / information needed to open new branches of the company overseas;
    • Close cooperation with the company's Management;
    • Ongoing cooperation with the finance department to conduct settlements between the company and its branches abroad.

    Skills and attributes for success: 

    • Fluent English language skills (C1 or higher);
    • University degree;
    • At least 2 years experience in the relevant field;
    • A full driving licence is essential;
    • Knowledge of administrative and legal regulations regarding opening new branches of a Polish company overseas;
    • Being open to business travel;
    • High attention to details and focus on results and goals achievement;
    • Flexibility and ability to prioritize in order to achieve goals;
    • Ability to complete high volume tasks with efficiency and pace;
    • Very strong negotiation skills.
