Your responsibilities
- Branch network efficiency – meeting branch EBITDA targets
- Optimal setting of branch processes
- Fulfillment of partial efficiency criteria - labor costs, transport costs, depreciation value, etc.
- Optimal staffing of branches
- Efficient processes at the branch and branch warehouses
- Efficient and safe storage of goods at branches
- Timely and smooth start of the new branch and branch warehouse incl. staff training
- Regular reporting of partial criteria results
Our requirements
- Level of education required: Secondary at least
- Level of experience required: 3 years of experience in branch operations or similar position
- Langauage proficiency level: Polish fluent, English B2 minimal, Czech advantage
- Other requirements: Driving licence, Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, independence, systematic and analytical thinking, willingness to learn new things quickly, responsibility and consistency, focus on achieving goals
