Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for implementation of global brand communication strategy, translating it to markets’ local needs

  • Securing activation agenda for the brand, preparing execution of global campaigns and their adaptation for CEE markets as well as local activations supporting in-store activities

  • Preparing annual media and activations briefs. Close cooperation with media house and creative agencies. Preparing post-evaluations of activities.

  • Close cooperation with Customer Marketing departments in Poland and other CEE countries.

  • Making sure that marketing plans are consistent with the in-store ones.

  • Managing brand’s social media.

  • Creating consumer insights and adapting them to local communication (using different tools e.g. market researches)

  • Preparing competition analysis covering communication, claims and new product launches.

  • Responsibility over marketing budget.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing department (FMCG/ Beauty would be an advantage)

  • Experience in independent complex marketing projects management with focus on communication and activation.

  • Very good knowledge of contemporary digital media (social media, content marketing, influencers, video, mobile)

  • Very good command of English both in writing and speaking.

  • Goal oriented, proactive, team player with can do attitude. Creative and passionate, yet able to work independently.

  • Ability to work in dynamic environment, analytical, planning and organizational skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

  • Knowledge and passion about the beauty category and/or the Instagram world will be an advantage

The role

Currently we are looking for a Brand Activation Manager CEE responisible for communication strategy of Rimmel brand in CEE region. You will join regional marketing team and have opportunity to work on few markets in central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania) as well as with global team. Rimmel is one of the most beloved global make-up brands. With almost 200 years heritage it helps consumers to express themselves and their own individuality. You will have opportunity to work with priority brand and gain experience in cooperation with different stakeholders in complex international organisation. You'll report directly to Senior Brand Manager CEE.
