Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Plan, create and execute impactful brand activation strategy and programs to maximize revenue growth and profitability
  • Develops new, innovative, impactful concepts/ideas for brand activation and instore excellence in line with brand equity guidelines, brand marketing plans and Mondelez insights & strategies and constantly adapt to fast changing environment
  • Create & execute NPD/Limited edition launch support packages together with brand managers
  • Manage and controls the assigned A&C budget in a timely manner.
  • Lead communication and build account relationship with key brand and trade marketing, POSM/merchandising representatives internally and externally.
  • Lead the coordination of trade events
  • Support the Marketing Manager EU Export in defining the category/brand and Brand Activation strategy and plans.
What you need to be successful:
  • Min. 4 years of experience in a Trade/Category/Customer Marketing roles
  • Previous experience in cooperating with distributors will be a strong advantage
  • Fluent English – any other European language will be beneficial
  • Strong drive for results and high self-motivation
  • Thinking out-of-the-box and not afraid to challenge status quo
  • Comfortable with working in a dynamic business environment while managing several projects in parallel - strong multitasking skills
  • International and open mindset, strong communication & interpersonal skills
