Be a local expert and trainer on our brands. Establish and leverage our position as the expert in the category and possess strong knowledge of competitor’s brands and competitive activities.
Propose solutions to activate and increase sales of Emerging brands
Support development of strategy and execution in the On trade and collaborate with other functions to develop innovative programs and ideas
Organize and prepare trainings and tastings for external partners (bartenders, specialty store owners and sellers, bar owners) and internal personnel, to help them better understand our brands and make them engaged ambassadors
Educate consumers in order to recruit them into our brands during whisky shows and external meetings, workshops.
Generate brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing and across media using own and branded SoMe
Identify key influencers in the industry, build relationships and stay connected with the bartenders, trade partners and all of those who have influence on our brands’ performance
Educate, engage and inspire about new trends and directions of the trade - be the source of know-how for the organization
Champion the On Trade and local events by building long lasting trade and consumer relationships within targeted accounts (consistent with target profile)
Take part in the On Trade Mastercraft project and connect with its participants. Be a valuable source of information for trainers and provide feedback and trainings if needed
Source for consumer/channel/competitive insights – feed local market intelligence up through the organization on a regular basis.
Spotting trends – spot drinks and trade trends before traditional research through close collaboration with the influencers of the industry and share gained insights with the team
Decent years of spirits industry background - experience as Brand Ambassador, Mixologist, Bartender preferred
Several years of experience in sales/marketing in spirits/luxury - appreciated, not mandatory
Personal charisma & likeability, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, connect and influence external partners.
Be passionate about the spirit industry and Super Premium brands, positive mindset and can-do attitude.
Ability to bring out the best of B-F team : drive engagement and passion for our brands
Natural curiosity: open to learn new things and pass on this knowledge to others, following local and international industry and consumer trends
High level of flexibility i.e. in teaching style to apply different learning styles – On Trade, Off Trade, consumers
Have solid understanding of on premise trade channels.
Be flexible to travel up to 70%
Fluent in Polish and English knowledge

Jack is perceived by consumers as the world class badge brand that represents all the virtues associated with the whisky category.
SENIOR BRAND MANAGER JACK DANIEL’S (SBM) is the key & leading role in Jack’s marketing team. The overall responsibility is to lead the development of the brand strategies (JDTW & JD FLAVORS) and ensure its implementation across all the relevant touchpoints and platforms. The role is also an entry-level leadership role as it includes direct management of Junior Brand Manager JD Flavors.
Other responsibilities include annual plans creation and management of its flawless execution as well as providing operational and tactical help to the MM. SBM needs to be a strong team player and a partner to numerous stakeholders incl. external agencies, sales, trade marketing, IMC, BBI, finance and global structures.
