Your responsibilities

  • Product profitability control and Brands management

  • Brand and financial performance management taking into account all activities (campaigns, sales, B2C)

  • co-creation and implementation of sales targets of subordinate brands

  • developing sales and operational strategies and plans

  • developing marketing plans for individual brands with support of the marketing team

  • participation in creating and introducing new brands / products to the market

  • constant monitoring of sales results, manner of their implementation and proactive recommendation of solutions,

  • close cooperation with the company's logistics and e-commerce department,

  • analysis of stock, orders planning, executing purchase plans

  • contact and planning of market activity with brand manufacturers

  • active cooperation with key customers

  • active search for new retail and wholesale customers

  • reporting sales results

  • VM monitoring for key clients

  • analysis of market data on products, customers, competitors' activities,

  • active participation in building the image and recognition of brands on the market

  • building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, organizing product meetings and trainings.

  • creating presentations, catalogs and other sales tools

Our requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience as a Product, Brand or Sales Manager (can be Junior)

  • Experience in creating and implementing product and marketing strategies

  • Experience in the preparation and implementation of activities supporting sales

  • Experience in working with chains / drugstores

  • very good knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry, the specifics of operations both from the B2B and B2C perspective

  • Knowledge of the entire supply chain for products - from production to store shelf

  • Analytical skills (analysis of sales, market trends, product / promotion profitability)

  • The ability to draw conclusions and create business recommendations

  • Experience in merchandising is welcome

  • Higher education (management, marketing or related are welcome)

  • Knowledge and understanding of internet marketing and knowledge of the current trends in the e-commerce industry

  • Ability to make independent decisions

  • Very good work organization, punctuality

  • Ability to work in a team and with people at various levels in the organization, flexibility in the way of communication

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Category B driving license

  • Good command of the English language

  • Fluency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
